Irresistible Strawberry Banana and Cherry Almond Smoothie Recipes

Over the past year or so, we have become smoothie fanatics. We received a Vitamix blender for Christmas in 2019 and have used it to make smoothies nearly every day since. There are two smoothie recipes that are our absolute favorites: Strawberry Banana and Cherry Almond.

These smoothie recipes take just a few minutes to whip up, are packed with vitamins and nutrients, and we love that we can enjoy them on the go. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

Added Notes

  • We drink our smoothies out of insulated metal cups with these reusable metal straws (affiliate link).
  • I buy the frozen fruit at Costco and most of the other ingredients at Aldi.
  • Milled flax seeds, in particular, are a great price at Aldi compared to the other grocery stores I’ve checked.
  • The type of yogurt and milk is flexible. Low-fat, greek, and whole milk yogurt have worked fine for me. Try your preference!
  • Cashews are also delicious as a substitute for the almonds.
